The 8,000 square-foot clubhouse is designed in the rustic, yet sophisticated fashion of a classic Southwestern ranch home highlighted by mortar washed slump block, exposed wood beams, hardwood floors and a rusted steel roof. A 2,000 square foot outdoor living area provides panoramic views of the 9th and 18th greens as well as the nearby mountains. The exterior walls of our restaurant, Grille109, open up allowing the restaurant and the outdoor living to flow seamlessly together, creating a unique indoor outdoor environment that makes full use of Southern Dunes’ natural beauty and wonderful climate.
